Exciting opportunity to join our Oracle Financials Consulting team: Amongst a variety of exciting career opportunities currently available within our Oracle practice, we are seeking to hire an experienced Oracle R2R Lead to join our Oracle team in Ireland. As an Oracle R2R Lead in Deloitte, you are a key member of our Consulting team where you will have the opportunity to work with global and local clients across several industries. You will "make an impact that matters" in your role by leading and managing the implementation of Oracle R2R solutions to meet our clients' needs while working within a global collaborative network of highly experienced consulting teams. This is a challenging and fulfilling role with the potential to further develop your range of consulting and Oracle skills significantly. About the role: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle R2R solutions, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules. Manage end-to-end project delivery for Oracle R2R implementations, ensuring alignment with clients' business requirements and best practices. Develop and implement our clients' business requirements while recommending appropriate best practice solutions. Provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution deployment. Stay informed of the latest advancements in Oracle R2R functionalities and related applications to ensure our solutions are innovative and up-to-date. Collaborate with cross-functional global and local teams to ensure successful project delivery in an agile environment. Identify and develop new project opportunities, building long-lasting, trusted client relationships. Support the growth and development of our Oracle practice by leading internal team activities, participating in our global network, and facilitating external client events. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. About you: A third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant experience within Oracle R2R - design, configuration, and development from projects or your own industry experience. Oracle Cloud implementation experience highly desirable but not a "must have". Proven experience in Oracle Financials across various areas including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Broader knowledge of the Oracle ecosystem and the integration areas of R2R with other modules and applications. Proven end-to-end experience in implementing a minimum of 2 full-cycle Oracle R2R projects and associated deliverables. Experience in process modelling and problem-solving client requirements.
