Your new company Our client is a leading organisation in the Retail Sector, committed to providing exceptional products. They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Retail Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. Your new role Sales Focus: Drive sales through targeted marketing initiatives. Foot Traffic: Demonstrate experience of increasing footfalls through marketing efforts. Sales Support: Show how marketing support enables sales advisors to boost sales and earn commissions in a target-driven environment. Measurement: Provide examples and data on how marketing initiatives have been measured for increased sales. Regional Marketing: Utilise different marketing tools tailored to various regions in Ireland, understanding regional preferences and effective marketing strategies. Local Marketing Plans: Develop and execute marketing campaigns for individual store locations, considering demographics, competition, and seasonal trends. In-Store Marketing: Design, produce, and distribute effective point-of-sale displays, signage, and promotional materials; work with merchandising on in-store strategies. Local Partnerships: Build relationships with complementary businesses, community organisations, and local media to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Traditional Marketing: Use traditional marketing channels like print advertising, radio, and direct mail to reach target audiences. Store Collaboration: Work closely with store managers, staff, area managers, and merchandisers to align marketing with store operations and sales goals; conduct regular store visits for feedback and improvements. Performance Analysis: Track key metrics such as foot traffic, sales conversions, and ROI to evaluate and adjust marketing campaigns. Competitor Analysis: Research and analyse competitor marketing activities, including store visits, to identify differentiating opportunities. Budget Management: Develop and manage the local marketing budget effectively. Industry Trends: Stay informed on retail marketing best practices and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities. Team Development: Mentor and training team members, fostering their personal and professional growth. What you'll need to succeed Proven track record of increasing sales through marketing in a multi-store retail environment. Extensive experience in retail marketing with a focus on driving foot traffic and sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing software. Experience managing budgets. Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset. Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from sales and marketing data. Outstanding people skills and experience in people management. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable.
