The Company seeks a motivated individual to join the Shareholder Services team, focused on onboarding clients for private equity funds. The role involves managing the entire client onboarding process, handling a diverse client base (institutional clients, pension funds, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices), and ensuring adherence to policies. Strong multitasking, communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential. This role offers opportunities for growth in a dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in evolving internal processes and contributing to the team's development. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for investors, fostering relationships. Assist with client onboarding and quality checks. Review FATCA/CRS documentation. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Manage relationships with clients, General Partners, and stakeholders. Proactively address and resolve service issues. Coordinate across international offices. Support team performance to meet internal KPIs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2.2 honors.
