Your new company Your new company is a regulatory body, responsible for developing and inspecting standards within the healthcare sector. They now require a Project and Process Coordinator to join the team on a contract basis. Your new role As the Project and Process Manager, you will be responsible for supporting project and process management methodologies and standards. You will provide support with projects from planning to delivery, ensuring that scope definition, schedule, resource assignment, cost, risk, and quality of deliverables are met. Additionally, you will review processes to identify areas for improvement through the application of lean methodologies and maintain quality assurance and quality control programme will communicate with external stakeholders through all regular channels and contribute as a team member to internal peer forums. You will oversee compliance with all information governance, legislative and internal policy and procedural requirements within the team. What you'll need to succeed You will have a minimum level 8 qualification in a relevant discipline and ideally a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certificate or a minimum of two years' experience in the application of lean, or other related process improvement methodologies. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, collaborative, results-oriented, committed to quality improvement, with excellent communication skills, and has the operational expertise to fulfil the requirements of the role effectively.
