BIM Technician

Job Title: BIM Technician Location:Roscommon. Ireland About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Technician with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our team in Roscommon. The ideal candidate will be based and legally allowed to work in Ireland (no sponsorship provided) have a strong background in Revit MEP and a proven track record of working within a team of technicians and engineers on Mechanical and Electrical (MEP) services projects. Qualifications Recognised formal training in Revit MEP, supported by a relevant Certificate and/or Diploma. Recognised qualification in BIM. Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience as a BIM Technician using Revit MEP. Strong understanding of BIM content standards and development procedures. Experience in collaborative teamwork within a BIM environment. Excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Develop and manage BIM models for MEP services using Revit MEP. Adhere to BIM Execution Plans and project workflows. Produce accurate drawings including General Arrangements, Sections, and Detail Views. Perform clash detection using Revit and generate detailed reports. Resolve clashes and ensure seamless coordination across Mechanical and Electrical services. Ensure compliance with company BIM standards and procedures. PreferencePreference will be given to candidates who: Meet all requirements and qualifications.
