They seek a Real Estate Sales professional to join their Land Acquisition team in Dublin 24. About the Role: Our client is at the cutting edge of connectivity across Europe. In this hybrid role, youll be at the heart of their operations, working with landlords who lease their land or rooftop space for Telecom Towers. What Youll Do: Negotiate Win-Win Deals: Engage with existing landlords to negotiate and secure buyouts of long-term lease agreements. Drive Strategy: Play a critical role in optimizing the companys portfolio and shaping its long-term success. Build Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with landlords, ensuring mutual benefit and maintaining positive relations. Make an Impact: Your work will directly contribute to expanding critical telecom infrastructure and supporting digital connectivity across the region. Key Skills and Experience: Negotiation Expertise: Youll need strong negotiation skills to structure and close complex deals that benefit both parties. Real Estate Knowledge: Experience in real estate, particularly with lease agreements or property transactions, will give you a significant advantage. Telecommunications experience is desirable. Sales & Persuasion: A background in sales or business development, with a focus on building trust and securing agreements, will help you excel. Project Management: The ability to manage multiple negotiations and stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring smooth progress and timely results. Exceptional Communication: Youll need to communicate clearly and persuasively with landlords and internal teams, building strong relationships and maintaining transparency. Strategic Thinking: A knack for assessing opportunities, understanding commercial drivers, and crafting solutions that align with long-term goals. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think on your feet and navigate challenges to achieve successful outcomes.
