Store Manager Job Limerick City A leading award-winning Food Retail group that has just expanded recently in Co Limerick near Co Clare, by opening a state-of-the-art modern fresh food convenience shop is now hiring a manager to run the site. We are looking for an able, reliable retail manager passionate about standards, fresh foods , and achieving store growth. This retail client is a highly progressive retail group that has a number of shops located around the country, they have won numerous national retail awards and retailer managers who have come and gone in the business, have been given a great opportunity to raise their management profile. Store Manager salary will vary DOE € Full flexibility is required but typically early shifts. Responsibilities for this Retail Store Manager Job: Ensure the site runs efficiently and smoothly. Ensuring the store reaches maximum profitability and achieves other financial objectives Ensuring your team demonstrates excellent standards in merchandising, customer service, and hygiene that reflect's well on the group's reputation Managing all HR, H&S related queries, ensuring your retail shop is compliant with all these matters. Requirements for this Retail Store Manager Job: Must be a proven and experienced retail grocery store manager or assistant manager in a similar retail food environment who is ready to step up. Excellent organisation and leadership skills are a must, and one must possess the ability to lead and motivate teams under them, such as deli charge hands, Assistant Managers, and Supervisors and other senior staff. Commercially astute, looking for opportunities to increase revenue by knowing the retail landscape, and managing costs effectively, and using your supplier network to your advantage.
