Who we are looking for: This is an oversight role in the Derivatives COE. Reporting to an Officer/AVP, the Associate 2 is responsible for supporting Audit & KPI as well as additional team tasks. Experience in Risk, Reporting and OTC products is an advantage. The Associate 2 will be a key support for the manager of the will be expected to be a subject matter expert and a key knowledge resource within the team. Build up a good relationship across EMEA departments and work closely with all. Resolution of queries with internal teams, clients, vendors, counterparties etc. Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Act in accordance with Risk Excellence as part of our Way Ahead foundation. What we value: Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills. Handle complex issues and escalate as needed, acting with a sense of urgency. Education & Preferred Qualifications: Financial or Business background.
