About the role

We are seeking a solution sales consultantto join our team.

You will be the product/subject matterspecialist for all meetings, presentations and demonstrations of the MCOproduct suite to prospective tier 4, 5 & 6 clients.

Thesuccessful candidate will work as a member of the Solution Sales group at MyComplianceOffice,reporting to the Director of Solution Sales.

You will work closely with the Sales teamand Product Managers within MCO to position the products properly in order todrive sales and expand the current use of the products.

This is not a deeply technical role, but asolid understanding of cloud computing and system integrations is required.

About the person

You should have a minimum of 3 - 5 years ofexperience in a client facing role, ideally in Sales, Sales Engineering or a Consultingcapacity within a software or financial services organization. You should have the ability to bridge the gapbetween business requirements and technical solutions.

Because this role is highly visible, you'llhave to be a natural collaborator with excellent verbal, written, andinterpersonal communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast paced,dynamic environment.
Additionally, facets of this role will require outstanding presentation andorganizational skills as well as an understanding of the global investmentindustry.

You must be a self-starter with the abilityto work with a remote team.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales process, contributing to various pre-sales activities – including technical presentations, demonstrations, trials and proof of concept projects
  • Collaborate with the Salesteam, jointly owning the sales cycle and account plan for Tier 4, 5 and 6 accounts
  • Be responsible for the completionof the functional components of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests forInformation (RFIs)
  • Prepare and presentdocumentation to product management teams for missing functional gaps
  • Prepare Proof of Concept (POC)& trial environments tailored to meet customer's functional and technicalrequirements and support clients throughout this process
  • Serve as an internal expert onproduct functionality and technology supporting the Sales organization
  • U pdate sample RFP questions library for functional and product requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in technology, finance or business is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client facing role, preferablyin the Financial Services industry
  • Knowledge of investmentindustry concepts and terminology
  • Proven technical knowledge and consultative skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical and selling situations andthe ability to solve the problem or solicit the required resources
  • Excellent oral and written communications, presentation andinterpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to travel
  • Prior experience in the enterprise sale of SaaS solutions a distinctadvantage
  • Knowledge of the US or global regulatory compliance environment a distinct advantage
