There is availability in two locations including Dundalk and Drogheda. Working withchildren with disabilitiespresents challenges but also immense rewards in the realm of Speech and Language Therapy. With robust support systems in place, you'll have the opportunity to excel and truly impact the lives of children and their families. Our client's service is dedicated to family-centered care, empowering families with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to be active partners in their childs journey. We seek SLTs who are as committed to building these family relationships as they are to achieving clinical excellence. Staff Gradeswill be offered extensive training and induction coupled with excellent support and supervision. Seniorswill take on complex cases, provide mentorship to junior staff, and collaborate on innovative service development initiatives. This is a full time, 35 hour week spread across Monday - Friday with excellent benefits including free onsite parking, incremental HSE pay-scale, generous annual leave entitlement and CPD opportunties. Essential Criteria BSc/MSc in Speech and Language Therapy or its equivalent. Possession of CORU Registration is essential. Clinical experience working with children with disabilities is desired Excellent communication, initiative and time management skills. Full Drivers Licence with access to own transport (desirable). An undergraduate or post-graduate qualification in dysphagia and at least 6 months experience working in this area.
