General Foreman

A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking a General Foreman to join their team for a housing project located in Cork. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional to work on high-quality residential developments with one of Irelands top contractors. Role: Ensure Health and Safety compliance on-site, adhering to all regulations and promoting a safe working environment. Work closely with the Senior Engineer and Site Managers to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and within project timelines. Collaborate with the Project Manager to support the effective delivery of the project. Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, material deliveries, and progress reports. Requirements: 5+ years experience in a General Foreman role, ideally on residential or housing projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and health and safety requirements. Excellent organisational skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Salary and Benefits: €60k - €65k Company vehicle. Performance-related bonus.
