About the Job: The Business Integration Manager is a critical role reporting to the Head of Business Integration. This position is responsible for overseeing the team's internal governance framework and managing the value capture reporting process. The value capture process involves evaluating integration performance post-deal close, ensuring alignment with deal book commitments, and analysing expected vs. actual results. Additionally, the role will contribute to integration efforts by leading workstreams or potentially managing entire integration projects. The ideal candidate will excel at cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and driving successful integration outcomes. Key Relationships: Business Integration Team:Ensureinternal governanceadherence within the BI team, with timely updates, weekly team meeting minutes and actions as well as tracking workload and budget spend within the function. Project / Integration Teams: Working with overall deal leads as well as workstream leads involved in integration execution and reporting to understand performance and value driver status. Executive Teams: Engage with senior leaders to align on and present insights / recommendations for understanding integration outcomes and planning improvements. Position Responsibilities: Governance: Define and maintain the governance framework to guide consistent execution of integration processes. Value Capture Reporting: Lead the process to gather, evaluate, and document performance metrics for post-close integrations, ensuring alignment with deal book objectives. Integration Leadership Support integration efforts by managing key workstreams or overseeing full integration projects as needed. Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis to track expected vs. actual outcomes, identifying variances and opportunities for improvement. Collaboration: Partner with functional leaders and workstream teams to collect data, address gaps, and refine reporting processes. Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement best practices for integration governance and reporting, driving operational excellence. Education and Experience Studies in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in data analytics, integration management, or project management roles. Strong knowledge of data governance practices and metrics. Proven track record of delivering insights and recommendations based on complex data sets. Experience leading or supporting integration workstreams is highly desirable. Technical Skills Requirement Expertise in data visualisation. Understanding of data quality metrics and governance best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities. Use of AI tools to support value capture and trend analysis.
