Digital Business Analyst

Contract role

What the role involves

- Collaborate with colleagues across Digital, eCommerce, Marketing, Product, CRM, and other teams to implement new or improved capabilities that enhance services for both internal and external customers.
- Gain a deep understanding of the scope and functionality of the platforms and systems you'll be working with.
- Plan and run requirements gathering workshops.
- Define and manage business requirements to a high standard, supporting platform and system changes in line with development methods and processes.
- Collect and present stakeholder feedback clearly and consistently.
- Document identified changes and communicate findings to relevant teams.
- Work with partners and third-party vendors to align activities.
- Secure necessary approvals for business requirements specifications.
- Provide regular progress updates to colleagues and management.
- Support creation of user stories and participate in Scrum activities such as daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives.

Skills and experience we are looking for

Must have

- Experience on large enterprise-level IT or Digital projects.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience collaborating with partners and third-party vendors.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Team-oriented and process-focused.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with a commitment to quality.
- Ability to build relationships and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently on multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of software or web design and development.
- Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
- Customer-focused with a passion for digital.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Nice to have

- Experience collaborating directly with designers and developers.
- Experience working on UX projects.
- Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Slack, Trello, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, etc.
- Knowledge of web analytics systems like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
