Cork, Ireland Morgan McKinley Full time

I am currently working with a leading organisation in Cork who are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join their team on an initial 12-month contract basis, with a strong likelihood of extension.

This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent organisation skills, a strong communicator, and someone with a genuine interest in supporting complex, fast-moving projects from behind the scenes.

Contract: 12 Months Initially (Strong Potential for Extension)

Location: Cork City suburbs - hybrid working options

Hourly rate dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately maintain project data across both internal CRM systems and Excel trackers
- Create and maintain regular reports to support project tracking and decision-making
- Own and manage the project's budget tracker, ensuring updates are timely and accurate
- Attend key project meetings and produce clear, concise minutes and action logs
- Be the go-to point for sharing updates, changes, or delays across relevant teams and stakeholders
- Work closely with various teams including project managers, finance, and operations to keep everything aligned and running smoothly

Who We're Looking For:

You'll be someone who thrives in a structured role but can flex and adapt when priorities shift. Experience in project environments is ideal, and you'll need to be confident working with Excel, CRMs, and a range of stakeholders.

This is a brilliant chance to get stuck into meaningful work, build your experience in a collaborative setting, and potentially secure something longer term.

If you're ready for your next challenge and this sounds like a good fit, apply today or get in touch for a confidential chat.
