CField is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Administrator to join our team in Cork. SUMMARY OF ROLE: Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the candidate with also work in conjunction with both the site team and office team. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include but are not limited to: Assist with collating Handover information Collate BCAR information for the projects in conjunction with Project Manager and Finishing Manager Update internal Progress trackers Manage registers Collate and manage HSE records in conjunction with the Site Safety Officer Collate inputs and issue various weekly/fortnightly/monthly reports on existing CField templates for operational and commercial purposes Perform administrative tasks on sites as and when required KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office Excellent communication skills with an ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of people Efficient and organised COMPANY BENEFITS: Hybrid working Bonus Scheme Company Pension Private healthcare Life Assurance Professional membership fees Employee referral incentive Professional development & training opportunities Company sponsored events & social activities This job description is intended to cover the minimum duties and responsibilities required for this position.
