Location: North Dublin Onsite:Yes Compensation: €50-60k + benefits ACCPRO has partnered with a multinational retail business to recruit for a Crew Engagement Manager. This is an exciting role responsible for achieving outstanding in-flight retail results. Site based role. Responsibilities: Lead the creation, development and execution of the crew engagement strategy Design, develop and coordinate crew sales training Lead the co-ordination of an all-encompassing Crew Recognition programme Lead, develop and deliver an In-flight retail training Plan implement and evaluate digital communication strategies Manage programmes designed to improve engagement Engage with colleagues to provide advice and guidance on key issues Ensure communication messages are consistent across mediums Ensure that external communications produced adhere to brand standards Continually review all training materials which are designed for the Cabin Crew community Create a structured approach to managing crew sales performance Requirements: Demonstratable experience of developing and implementing communication strategies Evidence of managing communication especially in digital media Evidence of good interpersonal, communication, presentational and teamwork skills Proven experience in implementing, transforming and managing communications and engagement Be Commercially astute Ability to work to tight deadlines Ability to work under own initiative Excellent communication skills at all levels Resilient Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
