Overview:   Reporting to the Digital Project Lead, responsible for DeltaV Systems.
Work closely with digital teams and vendors/partners for the delivery of DeltaV DCS.
Requirements   Role Functions:
Review and approve related design documentation.
Partner with local site project teams to scope changes on the DeltaV system.
Participate in Agile sprint teams for software development.
Participate in commissioning and qualification activities, including FATs, loop testing, onsite commissioning, and testing.
Follow SDLC procedures for changes, covering RS updates, RTM change control, implementation, and testing.
Ensure software is implemented safely and with quality.
Configure and test in development systems as required.
Educate local project teams on automation standards, system configuration, SDLC, validation, hardware, software, and business processes.
Partner with internal digital departments to ensure standard and secure implementation according to client standards.
Knowledge, Skills, Education & Location Requirements
Required:
BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Training in DeltaV standard and batch; 3+ years of DeltaV application experience.
Proficiency in business analysis on capital projects.
Understanding of cGMPs, SDLC methodologies, and LEAN/MPS/Sigma principles.
Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Site-based role, with occasional meetings at vendor or other site locations.
Experience commissioning DeltaV systems in GMP manufacturing facilities.
