Service Desk Administrator

Location: Offices based in Dublin 2
Hours: Part-time initially 25 hours per week (Tues, Weds and Thurs)
We are currently looking to hire a Service Desk Administrator with strong administration skills for our client which will be based in Swords, Co. Dublin for temporary cover.
Responsibilities:
1. Regularly review Planned Preventative Maintenance regimes for any required modifications or amendments.
2. Ensure CMMS is accurate and able to meet the demands of all contracts.
3. Ownership of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Plans.
4. Produce 52-week PPM calendar.
5. Verify PPMs are closed out weekly/monthly to meet Business Milestones.
6. Ensure all works are planned and managed through to completion with supporting paperwork.
7. Ensure tasks are reviewed and actioned.
8. Manage and communicate access requests.
9. Run and issue client reports and/or business reports.
10. Support management and operations teams.
11. Manage a close relationship with suppliers and engineers to ensure the timely delivery of documentation.
Requirements:
1. Excellent PC knowledge – MS Office Suite and familiarity with CAFM systems.
2. Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong organisation and administration skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Ability to liaise at all levels using tact and diplomacy.
