Senior Product Designer, Go-to-Market AI Location: Ireland or UK - Remote, Flex, or Office
HubSpot is seeking Senior Product Designers for the Flywheel product line, focusing on applying AI to accelerate growth and enhance how our Go-to-Market teams work.
What You’ll Do Lead complex design initiatives and craft cohesive, frictionless user journeys from discovery to launch and iteration.
Design for scale by evolving UX patterns, systems, and frameworks across the product ecosystem to ensure consistency and innovation.
Define strategy and vision for major GTM initiatives across HubSpot.
Craft AI-first experiences, including agentic and conversational interfaces, to improve efficiency for internal GTM teams and deliver personalized self-service experiences for customers.
Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, Content Designers, and partners in Go to Market, Finance and Strategy.
Define success metrics, validate with analytics and qualitative insights, and iterate for user value and business outcomes.
Foster an inclusive, bold culture; mentor others and help shape the future of Flywheel at HubSpot.
What You’ll Bring To HubSpot Proven product design craft with a portfolio showing depth of craft, systems thinking, and impact in complex or scalable environments.
Collaborative leadership with a track record of influencing outcomes across disciplines and championing user-centric solutions.
