The Product Marketing Manager is a core member of Fenergo's go-to-market engine, responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, market awareness, and customer adoption. This role will partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and SME teams to deliver compelling product positioning, effective enablement content, and high-impact go-to-market programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset, able to translate product capabilities into customer value and ensure our offerings stand out in a competitive market. Duties and Responsibilities Positioning & Messaging: Develop differentiated positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for assigned products and solutions. Ensure consistency and clarity of messaging across all customer-facing channels and materials. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive offerings, and buyer personas. Go-to-Market Execution: Support the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams. Develop sales enablement assets including battlecards, pitch decks, competitive briefs, and product one-pagers. Collaborate with Demand Generation to design campaigns aligned to product priorities. Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors, market shifts, and customer needs to inform product and GTM strategy. Act as the "voice of the customer" to Product Management, providing feedback from the field. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product to translate technical capabilities into market-ready value propositions. Work with Sales to ensure readiness to position and sell products effectively. Collaborate with Customer Success to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and promote adoption. Persona development and customer segmentation Compelling thought leadership content - whitepapers, case studies, etc. Leveraging AI-powered tools to support market research, actionable insights and GTM execution Requirements 2-6 years in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech. Proven experience developing messaging, launching products, and enabling sales teams. Strong understanding of software buying journeys, customer personas, and value-based selling. Experience working closely with Product Management and Sales organizations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Nice to have Experience in RegTech, FinTech, or compliance-heavy industries (e.g., banking, insurance, AML/KYC software). Exposure to AI/automation tools in marketing or GTM workflows. Experience in multi-product or complex enterprise environments.
