Dublin Pike, Ireland Spector Full time

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager – a client-facing professional eager to grow their skills in account management, pre‑sales, and commercial support. This role goes beyond traditional account management, offering the chance to contribute directly to sales support and procurement activities, helping us deliver exceptional service and value to our clients. It is a great starting point for a Graduate interested in developing a commercial career.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail‑oriented, and an excellent communicator. You’ll thrive on supporting clients with their day‑to‑day needs, assisting the sales team with proposals and opportunities, and coordinating procurement tasks to ensure our clients receive the right solutions on time.

We’re looking for someone with real energy and ambition – a person who is improvement‑minded, curious about technology, and motivated to help us continuously align our service offerings with a fast‑changing landscape. You’ll play a key supporting role within our commercial team, contributing to planning, decision‑making, and the smooth running of client accounts.

In this position, you’ll work closely with both our technical and sales teams to ensure our account management processes run seamlessly. From preparing documentation and quotes, to coordinating procurement orders, to maintaining regular client communication, your input will be essential to our continued success.

We provide structured, ongoing training and mentoring, including peer sessions, role plays, and external development opportunities – giving you the tools to grow your career while helping us grow as a company.
