Junior Account Manager - Dairy Products €33-36K Base Salary | 10% Bonus | Pension | 20 Days Holiday | Hybrid (3 Days from Home / 2 Days Office) A leading Irish manufacturer of dairy products is expanding its commercial team and seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to support sales growth across retail and food service customers. The Company: A well-established name in the Irish dairy industry, this company is known for its high-quality products, strong brand reputation, and commitment to innovation. Supplying a wide range of dairy goods to both retail and food service clients, they are focused on sustainable growth and maintaining their position as a trusted partner to customers nationwide. The Role of Junior Account Manager: The successful candidate will support and manage relationships with existing retail and food service accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and account growth. You will also assist the marketing and social media teams with promotional activity and brand engagement initiatives. This is a hybrid role, working three days from home and two days in the office (North Leinster), and offers a superb opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop a career in sales. For the Position of Junior Account Manager, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Ideally a recent graduate or someone with up to two years' experience in a sales, marketing, or account support role Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail Interest in the food or FMCG sectors, with a desire to develop a sales career Comfortable using digital tools and assisting with marketing and social media activity Based in North Leinster, including Dublin, with the flexibility to travel to the office twice a week Full, clean driving licence preferred Benefits of this role include: Basic salary of €33,000 - €36,000 10% performance bonus Company pension scheme 20 days holiday Hybrid working - 3 days from home / 2 days in office Comprehensive training and mentoring programme Clear career progression path into senior account management roles This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to begin a successful career in sales within the Irish food industry.
