Director - Accounting & Finance Recruitment - Previously a Qualified Accountant
Our client is an excellent Irish Plc generating Circa €25bn revenues across all their companies and entities. Due to the complexity of the group, they require the best talent to work in finance and work in a team to manage the monthly consolidation and all the statutory requirements. This role will suit a technically capable accountant with previous audit experience.
Responsibilities
Complete all general ledger journal entries for corporate entities
Review junior finance month-ends and accounting transactions
Prepare and review monthly consolidated accounts
Work on the management reporting pack
Year-end reporting pack and reviewing statutory financial statements
Liaise with the internal and external auditors
Work closely with Treasury, Group and Tax
Prepare Board meeting reporting requirements
Implement efficiencies on the ERP where relevant
Intercompany Loans, interest and accruals
Impairment of financial assets
Ideal Candidate
Top 10 trained
Qualified Accountant
Technically competent (IFRS or FRS)
Hard worker - Willing to go above and beyond
Ambitious and wants a challenge
