A well-established, partner-led accountancy practice in South Dublin is seeking a Chartered Accountant to join its growing team. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships. Work across a diverse range of assignments including audit, accounts preparation, corporate and personal tax, and advisory services. Provide high-quality advice and service to clients in line with best practice and firm standards. Supervise junior team members and contribute to their development where appropriate. Collaborate closely with partners and directors to deliver client-focused solutions. Requirements ACA or ACCA qualified Chartered Accountant. Practice-trained and qualified with a minimum 2 years Irish experience (05 years PQE considered). Proven experience across audit, accounts preparation, and tax. Proficiency with relevant accounting and tax software packages. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Salary & Benefits €54,000 €68,000 (commensurate with experience). Pension contributions Annual bonus Comprehensive benefits package and flexible working hours. Promotion expected after 12 months, with a transparent career pathway to Partner level.
