Job Title: Site Manager Location:Kilcullen, Co. Kildare Project:Commercial (New Car Showroom/Site works) Salary:Competitive/negotiable DOE We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a new-build car showroom and associated site works in Kilcullen, Co. Kildare. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the project to successful completion, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are consistently achieved. The successful candidate will be joining a highly respected Irish construction company with decades of experience delivering complex commercial, industrial, and residential projects nationwide. Known for their attention to detail and commitment to excellence, this contractor has built a strong reputation for delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring works are carried out in line with programme and specifications. Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors to maintain workflow and productivity. Enforce health & safety standards and company policies at all times. Oversee quality control and ensure workmanship meets required standards. Manage site logistics, scheduling, and progress reporting. Liaise closely with project management, design teams, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or mixed-use projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, particularly structural and finishing elements. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
