Ryanair are currently recruiting for a CS Legal Evidance Analyst to join the Customer Service Team in the Dublin HQ of Europe’s Largest Airline Group.

This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 10 years.

Ryanair operates over 3,600 daily flights increasing to 4,500 and it is the responsibility of the CS Legal team to ensure that we defend and settle any cases relating to the small portion of flights that fail to arrive on time, in accordance with the regulation. The successful candidate should be passionate about aviation and flight operations, they will be hard-working, energetic, and highly self‑motivated. They will have significant flight/airport/operations experience and a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:

- Internal classification of flights according to circumstances surrounding the disruption, available evidence and CJEU/ National Court interpretation given on Reg. EU/261

- Close collaboration with other departments, in particular Operations, Legal

- Responding to queries from in‑house and external legal teams regarding flight classification, reasons for disruption, interpretation of Operations evidence

- Proactively and constantly collect all documentation deemed useful for the proper handling of cases and keep the CS legal folder up‑to‑date

- Identify gaps in knowledge and understanding of flights operational matters and provide training to in‑house and external legal teams but also to other relevant stakeholders as required

Requirements

- At least 2 years’ experience in an Operations- or Flight Disruptions-related position

- Experience and strong interest in aviation

- Ability to understand, interpret, and explain evidence materials and complex matter related to flights operations to in‑house and external legal teams

- Understanding of basic aviation tools is required and knowledge of internal Ryanair tools would be an advantage

- Some legal background or experience on Regulation EU 261/04 and Reg. 1107/2006 would be an advantage

- Discounted and unlimited travel to over 250 destinations

- Death in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salary
