Property Asset Manager Dublin An established investment and development company is seeking a Property Asset Manager to join their growing Dublin team. The business manages a diverse portfolio of industrial, logistics, office, and development assets across Ireland and the UK. With a focus on high-quality holdings in prime commercial and distribution locations, they are well-positioned to deliver long-term value and sustainable growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to play a key role in the management and expansion of a dynamic property portfolio while gaining exposure to both asset management and development. Key Responsibilities: Active management of a mixed-asset portfolio, including industrial, office, and development properties. Oversight and progression of multiple development projects. Identification and execution of asset management initiatives to maximise returns, including lettings, disposals, and value-add strategies. Supporting the assessment of new acquisition opportunities through engagement with market agents and industry contacts. Taking ownership of projects and contributing to the growth of the wider portfolio. The Candidate: Background in property asset management, investment, or development. Strong commercial awareness and market insight. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
