Legal Executive – Property Team

We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client, a top Irish law firm in Dublin. They are seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join their busy Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded firm that offers a supportive culture and an excellent package.

The Role

- Provide legal executive support to the Property team across a range of matters

- Draft and prepare contracts, leases and conveyancing documentation

- Manage case files and liaise with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders

- Carry out title and property searches, registrations and related work

- Support fee earners with day-to-day case management and administration

The Person

- Proven experience working as a Legal Executive in property/conveyancing

- Strong knowledge of property law processes and documentation

- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills

- Confident communicator, able to manage client relationships effectively

- Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure in a busy team
