
Design & Tendering Engineer [Urgent]

EPS Group has an immediate vacancy for a Design & Tendering Engineer in the Naas Office. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious MEICA Engineer to join a fast paced and innovative company. Some relevant experience would be of benefit for this position. Roles and Responsibilities; Design/ Assist Design of Water & Waste water pumping and treatment installations. Pricing & Tendering of Water & Waste water pumping and treatment installations for the public & private sector. Procurement planning for Tenders/ upcoming contracts Timeline planning for Tenders/ upcoming contracts. Writing engineering reports, method statements, risk assessmentsand commissioning schedules. Creation/Editing existing O&M and Health & Safety documentation and enforcement of safe work practices onsite during all EPS installation. Organise and plan technical meetings with clients and Consulting Engineers Develop specific goals and plans to prioritise, organise and accomplish stated deadlines. Skills / Attributes; Proficiency in PC skills to include MS office and Project software. Knowledge of Pumping system technology would be a benefit Ability to read & Understand technical Drawings, GAs, P&IDs, SLDs. Any WTP &/or WWTp chemical/ biological Process knowledge or awareness would be a benefit Strong financial/ accountancy awareness Working knowledge of conditions of contracts would be a benefit Strong collaborative skills with an ability to work effectively in a team environment. Have a willingness to learn and be challenged in the water and waste water Industry.
