GPC Finance is thrilled to be working with a leading Top 20 firm in North Dublin. They are seeking to expand on their payroll team. This role would be suitable for an ambitious and motivated professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The firm provides career focused developmental programmes and trainings with various external experts and training partners to assist their staff at all levels to ensure their careers progress.

The Role:
- Preparation of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll using Brightpay software.
- Review of timesheets for uploading to the payroll software
- Calculations of benefits in kind to be included in the payroll process.
- Maintain pension contributions and uploading of reports to pension providers were required.
- Assisting with bank transfers of salary payments.
- Distribution of pay slips on or before date of payment.
- Ensure payroll is accurately processed and maintained in a timely manner.
- Processing monthly PAYE submissions to Revenue to include management of payments.
- You will be responsible for a full client allocation which will require liaising with clients on a regular basis.
The ideal Candidate:
- The ideal candidate will be IPASS Certified
- You will be motivated by a fast-paced environment
- You will be keen to immerse yourself in our culture and to work as part of a team
- You will have excellent planning and organisational ability
- You will have excellent attention to detail and strong technical knowledge
