Your new company This well-established group operates across investment property and builders' merchandising, with a strong footprint in Dublin and beyond. Since acquiring a major builders provider in 2021, the business has expanded to 10 branches and now ranks second in its sector nationally. With continued growth and a commitment to operational excellence, the company is now seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its HR team in Dublin West. Your new role You'll take ownership of payroll operations across two entities, managing weekly and monthly payroll for over 200 employees. Key responsibilities include: Processing weekly payroll for one division and monthly payroll for another Uploading pension payments and managing payroll-related benefits (VHI, life assurance, long-term illness) Maintaining accurate employee payroll files Tracking company vehicles and BIK for drivers Liaising with external payroll provider Ensuring compliance and attention to detail across all payroll activities This is a part-time role, ideally Monday to Wednesday, with flexibility around hours. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience managing payroll for large teams (200+ employees) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Familiarity with Iris HR or similar systems IPASS qualification or equivalent experience preferred Ability to liaise confidently with external providers and internal HR/Finance teams A proactive, organised approach to problem-solving and process improvement What you'll get in return €50,000-€55,000/year pro rata Flexible working hours and remote work options Supportive team environment with autonomy in your role Opportunity to shape payroll processes in a growing organisation Direct access to HR leadership and decision-makers What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
