Join us and be part of a friendly team Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests. The Clayton Hotel Galway are seeking team members to join us for seasonal work from the Start of November 2025 to January 2026. Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations. Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times. Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible. General cleaning of bar and restaurant. Served guests with food and beverage. What Youll Need: Previous experienceis essential. Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings & weekends Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment. Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
