Join our growing team at our Dublin Depot and power up your career with KDM Hire Ireland As a Generator Engineer, you will play a vital role in our operations, to ensure our electrical equipment is maintained to the highest standard. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, providing the opportunity to develop your technical skills, engage in continuous training, and tackle new challenges daily.
What You Will Do
Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on generators and a variety of other equipment.
Deliver outstanding technical support and customer service to our clients.
Diagnose faults and conduct preventative maintenance.
Conduct on-site servicing and repairs throughout Ireland, including event setup.
Ensure all job and service records are completed accurately and promptly.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety procedures.
What You Will Need
Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, particularly with electrical faults.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Relevant electrical/electronic qualification and extensive electrical knowledge.
Mechanical skills, with experience in hydraulics and mechanics. A mechanical qualification is a plus.
Full driving licence.

Hours of work: Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 5pm & Friday 7.30am – 4pm, 41.5 hours per week
Location: Stadium Business Park, Ballycoolin Road, Dublin 11, D11 E2YT
Salary: €20 per hour + DOE
