Social Housing Business Consultant – Rents
We are looking for a Social Housing Business Consultant to join the NEC Housing Team. The role is remote in Southern Ireland with national travel to support customers across the country.
Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance in implementing the NEC Housing system rents modules, focusing on configuration and build.
Gather requirements and workshop solutions with customers to define optimal solutions.
Offer best‑practice advice and training to current customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback, escalating issues internally.
Prepare configuration, specification and policy documentation aligned with customer solutions.
Create and maintain training courses and solution design manuals for customers and internal teams.
Stay up‑to‑date with developments in Irish Social Housing Management.
Configure and build models within NEC Housing Software.
Travel throughout Ireland when required to visit customer and company sites.
Qualifications
Knowledge of rents management within the context of social housing.
Understanding of differential rents.
Proven experience implementing housing management systems or modules with strong configuration focus.
Experience gathering requirements and producing specification documents.
Track record of delivering consultancy and training services with positive customer feedback.
Skill in creating and maintaining training materials, including courses and solution design manuals.
Full driving licence.
Experience configuring and implementing wider NEC Housing system modules.
