This role will be responsible for daily oversight and management of crews working on Virgin Media contracts with a view to maximising core KPI's and adherence to quality and H&S standards and ensuring client satisfaction with services provided by Actavo. Responsibilities: Ensure full teams available to VM daily Monitor team activities throughout the day Support VM Area Managers to plan and implement network repair activities Identify training needs and areas of improvement Front line response to client queries Compile daily and weekly timesheets Support the Quality Manager in day to day activities Requirements: A full driver's license is essential Previous related experience leading a team of Installers Intermediate understanding of VM Network operation and signal flow preferred Computer literate - intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent communication skills Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary Benefits: Company van Monthly bonus Daily subsistence Pension plan Life assurance - 4 times your annual salary Employee assistance programme Refer a friend scheme Maternity pay Educational assistance Career progression opportunities Long Service Awards To be considered for this role you will be redirected to and must complete the application process on our careers page.
