Job Description for SAP Coordinator

The SAP Coordinator is a key member of the local engineering team, responsible for ensuring seamless material and tool management for maintenance and continuous improvement. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure the success of the EUV UIR team.

Responsibilities:
  • Material Preparation: Ensure all materials are available in the FAB on time for installations, upgrades, and Field Change Orders (FCO). Based on the daily plan of works, ensure the required tools and materials are available at the right time at the right place.
  • Material Management: Work together with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to ensure tooling preventive maintenance and calibrations are up to date and scheduled w.r.t the planning. Manage all allocated parts and tools inventory status and focus on making proper Material usage/return plan with machine owner.
  • System Management in SAP & SMS: Conduct administrative processing of transactions such as maintaining the build-in/build-out list to maintain a correct configuration of the system in SAP. Research materials in SAP, trace the history of materials in SAP, and escalate materials that are not properly structured in SAP.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the semiconductor field or logistics technician is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of logistic processes, service order processes, SAP, and Plan on is a plus.
Skills:
  • Handle Microsoft Office tools skillfully (especially Excel).
  • Able to work in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Open to cultural differences and able to work with sites of different cultures and ways of working.
  • Motivated, pro-active, self-driven, and flexible.
Travel Requirements:

Estimated travel up to 60%. Ability to obtain a proper visa is required. Main locations for travel are currently Belgium, potentially Israel and Germany, and other sites worldwide.
