Responsibilities Lead commercial operations across Ireland, the UK, and new European territories.
Drive profitable growth, market share, and customer expansion.
Act as a senior account leader, building strong relationships with high-level clients.
Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Achieve annual profitability, efficiency, and quality targets.
Shape and implement both short-term and long-term strategic plans for European growth.
Qualifications & Experience MBA or Master’s degree, ideally with an academic background in plastics, polymers, science, engineering, or a related field.
10+ years’ industry experience, including at least 5 years in a senior people-leadership role.
Proven track record in team leadership, business development, and market expansion.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical, reporting, and commercial acumen.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar) and CRM platforms is preferred.
