Senior Compliance Manager

Continia is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Compliance Manager to join our Legal & Compliance team. In this role, you will take the lead in designing, implementing, and maintaining our compliance programs and standards.

About the role
As Senior Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and international standards. You will be responsible for developing a robust compliance program that aligns with industry best practices and supports our business objectives.
You will also help safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our software and customer data while driving initiatives such as ISO27001 and CIS8.
Key responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain Continia’s information security and compliance program.
Drive compliance initiatives such as ISO27001 and CIS8.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Design and deliver security awareness training for employees.
Monitor changes in legislation and regulations, and adjust compliance processes accordingly.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across departments to ensure company-wide compliance.
About you
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and passion for compliance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international IT company.
Strong knowledge of international information security standards such as ISO27001 and CIS8.
Documented experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or similar (an advantage).
