Overview Join to apply for the Support Pharmacist KCR role at Allcare Pharmacy .
We are currently seeking to recruit a Support Pharmacist in our Allcare store in KCR Kimmage and our Hickeys store in Terenure . This is a full time permanent position , with the opportunity to work between 2 community pharmacies, within close distance of one another. Both stores have varying levels of items and services, giving an all encompassing view of community pharmacy.

The Responsibilities Of The Role To assist the Supervising Pharmacist in meeting operational standards and implementing company initiatives
Work with the team to find care solutions for our customers and patients
Assist in the professional, clinical, ethical and financial running of the pharmacy in line with company and industry regulations
Assist in group healthcare and company / marketing events
Communicate with the team on business performance and new initiatives
To partake in staff training events and encourage and support the development of the team
Report to the Pharmacist Regional Manager on store and employee performance
Qualifications, Experience And Characteristics Required Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland
Previous experience in Irish community pharmacy is an advantage but full training will be given to those coming from other backgrounds
Proven people management
Enthusiastic, self-motivated with excellent people skills, confidence and demonstrable clinical knowledge
Excellent communication skills and be acutely aware of customer needs while being commercially astute
Focus on patients and customers ensuring exemplary face to face interactions
