In this role, you will…

- Own and upgrade our football trading tools from concept through release, setting the roadmap and success metrics.
- Partner with Automation teams to embed AI and machine‑learning techniques into our workflows.
- Drive performance improvements using data insights and smarter trader interfaces.
- Collaborate with Traders, Quants, and Analytics specialists to launch innovative market types and features.
- Spearhead new strategies and tool releases through clear communication, demos, and written guidance.
- Mentor and upskill teammates, sharing best practices and fostering a high‑performance culture.
