In this role you will…
  • Own and upgrade our football trading tools from concept through release, setting the roadmap and success metrics.
  • Partner with Automation teams to embed AI and machine learning techniques into the teams' ways of working.
  • Drive performance improvements using data insights and smarter trader interfaces.
  • Collaborate with Traders, Quants, and Analytics specialists to launch innovative market types and features.
  • Spearhead new strategies and tool releases through clear communication, demos, and written guidance.
  • Mentor and upskill teammates, sharing best practices and fostering a high-performance culture.
