ATG are seeking a highly organized and experienced Precast Project Manager to oversee and lead all aspects of precast concrete projects, from inception to completion. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing resources, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precast construction, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering successful projects. This candidate can be based anywhere in Ireland but preferably in the East.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
2. Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
3. Reviewing designs and production plans for compliance.
4. Monitoring onsite installation.
5. Ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
6. Addressing project risks or issues promptly.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential to drive project success and maintain client satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in precast construction or project management.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction methodologies.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
