Youll be trusted to run your own section, keep the standards high, and help make sure every plate that leaves the pass is something were proud of. Its a hands-on role where teamwork, graft, and a good sense of humour go a long way. What Youll Be Doing Prepping, cooking, and plating great pub food with care and consistency. Running your section smoothly during service (and helping others when needed). Keeping things clean, organised, and up to health & safety standards. Helping train and support the junior staff. Pitching in with menu ideas, specials, and ways to make the food even better. Keeping an eye on stock and minimising waste. What Were Looking For Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis ready to step up. A passion for good food and pride in what you put on the plate. Calm under pressure and happy to muck in wherever needed. Reliable, hardworking, and a proper team player. Food hygiene certs and kitchen know-how (we can help with the rest).
