This role is ideal for a chef with a passion for large scale, high quality event cooking who wishes to develop their skills in a luxury five star environment. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation, cooking, and presentation of exceptional dishes for banqueting and event functions, including weddings, corporate events, and private dining. Work closely with the Banqueting Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service for events of varying scale and style. Uphold consistent quality and presentation standards across all menus and service types. Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are strictly maintained. Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen team members.
