Reports to Director of Revenue and General Manager Your Mission Youll be the commercial engine behind our two lively Moxy properties, crafting strategies, crunching numbers, and collaborating across teams to boost performance. Youll be part of a supportive cluster team filled with experts who know how to winand how to have fun while doing it What Youll Be Owning Shape and drive the revenue management strategy for both Moxy Dublin and Belfast. Dive into daily pick-up trends, forecasts, and data to spot opportunities and adjust strategies on the fly. Collaborate across departments to develop packages, pricing, and promotions that pop. Lead 3rd party distribution strategy and ensure all systems are optimized to perform at their peak. Deliver compelling reports and insights that inspire smart business decisions. Train, mentor, and inspire hotel teams to embrace revenue excellence at every level. Travel to both hotels to stay connected with teams and pulse-check performance. Who You Are An experienced Revenue Manager (2+ years) whos ready for a thrilling step up. Confident working with systems like Opera, RMS, OTA, Channel Managers and more. A natural leader, strong communicator, and a team collaborator. Sharp with data, fast on your feet, and eager to innovate.
