As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build a career in customer operations and logistics.

The Role

As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between customers and our internal teams, making sure vehicles move efficiently through the NVD Group supply chain — from arrival to final delivery.

You’ll

- Act as the main contact for customer queries, updates, and service issues

- Support daily operations with administration, scheduling, and reporting

- Generate invoices and process card payments

- Prepare operational reports (KPIs, customer insights, trends)

- Work with planning, workshop, and logistics teams to meet deadlines

- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally

Contribute to internal projects and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years’ experience in administration, customer service, logistics, or operations

- Strong communication and relationship management skills

- High attention to detail and confidence handling multiple priorities

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – Salesforce is a plus

- A proactive, adaptable approach — able to thrive under pressure

- Full clean Class B driving licence

(Experience in automotive or logistics is a plus, but we also welcome candidates from retail, hospitality, or service industries who have strong customer operations skills.)
