Scheduling Coordinator 

A leading international research agency is seeking to add an enthusiastic, experienced and organised Scheduling Coordinator to its high-performing Ireland team based in Dublin 6.

Salary: €30,000-€35,000
Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm (flexible) Mon to Fri
Annual Leave: 25 Days plus bonus birthday leave

Location: Dublin 6

You will be responsible for coordinating a team of operatives out on site across the country.  Your role will include building strong relationships with the group and coordinating them out on site to collect data and information.  

The successful candidate can expect to be involved in:



Allocating projects to field operatives according to agreed project requirements


Monitoring project progress and following up with operatives


Checking questionnaire and survey wording across multiple platforms


Maintaining quality standards and sending projects to quality control team


Checking and processing field operative invoices for payroll purposes


Providing feedback to field operatives on quality, progress and project performance. 




To succeed in this role, you should have:



Experience working in high-pressure scheduling environment


Excellent professional communication, relationship building and people management skills


Strong diary management and coordination experience 


Superb attention to detail and numerical skills


Demonstrable organisational and prioritization skills.


Strong administrative skills with high-level of ability in MS Office software.
