In this role, you’ll connect with potential customers across Ireland, build strong relationships, uncover their needs, and turn both warm and cold leads into long-term, loyal customers.

What You’ll Receive

- On-Target Earnings (OTE): €47,000 with uncapped earning potential
- Annual Leave: 21 days, increasing with the length of service

What Your Day Looks Like

- Conducting outbound and inbound sales calls to current and prospective customers
- Manage and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with your line manager
- Track and analyse customer acquisition metrics
- Handle objections professionally to secure successful outcomes
- Provide ad-hoc customer service over the phone and support additional sales initiatives as needed

What You Need to Succeed

- Experience: Minimum 12 months in a sales or target-driven role. E.g., call centre, retail, or another customer-facing role (required).
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a similar role
- Customer Focus: Experience in selling to a diverse customer base
- Mindset: Positive, competitive, and self-motivated with a drive to consistently deliver results
- Accountability: Strong sense of personal ownership and a proactive approach to performance improvement
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
