Job description We are seeking a dependable and practical individual to take on a live-in Caretaker/Driver role for 2 private residence in Dublin and West Cork. This is a hands-on position that involves maintaining the home and surrounding property to a high standard, including basic upkeep, gardening, and regular driving duties between Cork and Dublin. This is a live-in position with private accommodation is provided in both properties. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to ensure the home and grounds are well-maintained and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: General gardening and upkeep of the propertys grounds Cleaning and maintenance of the residence like washing windows, cleaning at height and able to do repairs/electrical and plumbing experience is desirable. Driving between Cork and Dublin on a regular basis Ensuring the vehicle is clean, serviced, and roadworthy Other occasional personal errands or tasks as requested Requirements: Full, clean Irish driving licence Strong experience in gardening and basic property maintenance Comfortable with long-distance driving Trustworthy and self-motivated Fluent English and good communication skills Benefits: Private accommodation provided as part of the employment package in both residences.
