We’re currently working with a leading professional services firm that’s looking to appoint an experienced Senior Audit Manager to join their expanding audit department. No micromanagement.
The Role Lead and manage a portfolio of audit engagements from planning through to completion and sign-off
Oversee and mentor a team of auditors, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects
Act as the main point of contact for a diverse client base across sectors including retail, distribution, sport, and not-for-profit
Provide strategic insights to clients, resolve issues proactively, and support fee negotiations and cashflow management
Contribute to technical training and development within the audit team
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support departmental objectives and business development initiatives
About You Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience
Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously
Excellent technical knowledge of FRS100–FRS102 and IFRS
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and add value for clients
Excellent communication, delegation, and relationship-building skills
